Our team presents a new installation designed for plate re-laying.
The repacker is available in versions with two or four ports and is operated as part of equipment complexes for manufacturing semiconductor devices on 200 mm wafers in order to automate the production process, increase throughput and yield of usable products while maintaining high environmental cleanliness in the work area; it is integrated with technological and metrological equipment of the electronic industry.
Purpose of the equipment: it is used for sorting, orientation and identification of plates with a diameter of 200 mm in a protected mini-environment using SMIF containers at an intermediate stage of the technological process of serial production of semiconductor devices.

The installation was presented at the Microelectronics 2025 forum at the stand of the GN group of companies with a demonstration of the work of the repacker.
