GN tech at the Electronics of Russia 2023 exhibition!
From November 28 to 30, 2023, GN tech and Strategic Nanotechnology will take part in the Electronics of Russia exhibition at the official stand of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The exhibition will be held at the Crocus Expo IEC.
At the exhibition, we will present Russia's first mass-produced equipment for crystal production:
-Installation of etching polymers in Vega remote plasma (FAB100/150)
-Installation of control of introduced defects Aura (FAB100/150)
-Installation of multilayer deposition of Feba coatings (FAB100/150)
-Keto plasma chemical etching unit (FAB100/150)
-Clio CVD coating deposition unit (FAB100/150)
The presented innovative equipment is developed and manufactured in Russia and is intended for small-scale production.
The exhibition will demonstrate the operation of the equipment. Technical specialists will answer all questions about the operation of the installations, their application, the solution of specific technological tasks, and existing modifications.
