One of the activities of GN electronics is vacuum equipment for plasma processing (cleaning, activation, etching) of microelectronics and biology products. The first installations were designed and manufactured back in 2018 and delivered to the first customers. After several years of testing, we can confidently conclude that the equipment allows us to achieve the necessary results and is not inferior to foreign analogues, and in a number of characteristics, surpasses analogues. This project was redesigned for full import substitution (almost every single piece of equipment was developed by us), and a new, modern design and brand - GN tech - was created. This project in a new light was submitted to Skolkovo and 5 out of 5 members of the jury recognized it as fully meeting the selection criteria! Now we can proudly say that our team is residents of Skolkovo!
Within the framework of the project, a new line of industrial equipment will be developed in the near future for large volumes of processed products, as well as for integration into automated assembly lines.
